Responsible for port related documentation for Importers/Exporters and related port commercials. Further also coordinates with Chamber of Commerce for Export related COO certifications etc., With more than 30 years of experience also coordinates with container line agents, vessel agents.

With more than 20 years of experience in Port Operations is responsible for stevedoring operations and inland Rail logistic planning/co-ordination. Liaison with higher officials of Port & Railways to ensure that departmental objectives are met is a responsibility. A problem solver is proven resourceful to the company. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing & commercials is responsible to maintain and develop clientele on a long term basis, key account management. Is responsible for blue print preparation of commercial contracts and contract monitoring. A key corporate communicator for the organization is responsible that the views of company are addressed to the customer to their satisfaction. Public Relations are an important role to be discharged. Ensures customer KYC norms are fulfilled. Reports to the Senior Management.

With more than 20 years of experience is responsible to coordinate and monitor the receipt of cargo, bagging, bulking, and operations by coordinating with labour and final dispatch of goods. Prepares cost budgets for tenders and commercial for management approvals. Plans the warehouse management and utilisation of space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.in. Reports to the Director (CHO).

Inspecting vehicles, arranging repairs and periodic maintenance schedule, ensuring that all drivers and operators have the correct up to date qualifications, reducing the risk of vehicles overloading. Maintaining records of vehicle statutory compliances and co-ordination with operation team for deployment of dumpers and equipment’s. Reports to the Director (CHO).
